Come home to your body. Reconnect with your joy. Let Brazil hold the reset.
There are moments in life when something begins to shift.Your body asks for a different kind of care. Your mind asks for quiet. Your spirit asks for beauty, connection, and room to breathe. The Way of the Heart Women’s Retreat was created for women navigating the joys, questions, and transitions of midlife. Set between the peaceful mountain forests outside Rio and the vibrant energy of Rio de Janeiro, this retreat invites you into a week of renewal, movement, nourishment, cultural beauty, and meaningful connection. This is your invitation to pause the demands of daily life and step into a setting where your body can soften, your nervous system can settle, and your next chapter can feel more alive, hopeful, and supported.

“Let this be the moment you pause, breathe, and listen to what your body and spirit have been asking for.”
