Shipping & Returns
Free shipping applies to all RETAIL orders over $50 within the USA only sent via USPS first class mail. Expedited shipping is available and will be priced according to:
- Weight of item
- Size of package
- Speed of service
- Distance to travel
All orders ship from our warehouse located in Marietta, GA. During checkout, you are presented with pricing and options for shipping with USPS, Fedex and UPS. The choice is yours. All services are traceable. We ship all orders no later than next business day, unless we are unable to fulfill your entire order. We will contact you in this event.
Generally speaking, shipping times are 2-3 days to the East Coast, 3-5 days to the West Coast.International Shipping
Shakti Activewear ships worldwide. During checkout, you are presented with options ranging in price and speed of delivery. You'll likely find USPS International to be the most affordable, but not in all cases, and what you save in price will be at the expense of service. UPS and Fedex offer 2-5 day delivery that is fully traceable from our warehouse to your doorstep. USPS does not offer tracking services after your order has left their sorting facility and they can take up to 21 business days to arrive. If tracking your order and receiving it in a few days is important to you, we highly recommend selecting UPS or Fedex.Duties and Taxes
No duties are charged on goods ordered in the United States. To Canada, Europe, Asia and elsewhere, duties and taxes will be applied to your order based on your country's current rate and must be paid COD upon receipt of shipment. Duty and tax rates typically combine to represent 15-20% of the value of your order, but could vary significantly. Please contact your local import office to determine the exact amount applicable to your order or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for the dealer nearest you.
Shakti Offers a Return Guarantee
- You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to return items for a full refund less shipping and handling
- You have up to 60 days to return an item for online credit, less shipping and handling
- Any regular priced Shakti item can be returned for refund or exchange
- Items purchased from our Sale section are Final Sale and not eligable for return or exchange
- Returned items must be unworn, in ORIGINAL condition and packaging, tags attached. If you are unsure of fit, we recommend you try on, bend and stretch in your new outfit before wearing it out
- Proof of purchase is required, your invoice will suffice
- Refunds will be applied to the credit card used to make the original purchase, unless otherwise stated
- Please include the invoice from your purchase. If cannot locate your invoice, login to your account at www.shaktiaw.com and print your invoice from your order history
- On the invoice, circle the item you are returning, state the reason for your return and indicate your desire for a refund, exchange or online credit
- If you are unable to obtain your invoice for any reason, please include a note detailing your name, the item(s) you're returning, the reason for return, a daytime telephone number and email address and your desired result
- If you're hoping for an exchange, we'll issue you an online credit when we have received your return which you can use to purchase the item you want. We do this so that we have a traceable means for all transactions.
- Items returned for online credit will be handled in the same manner
- Please note, Shakti will NOT pay for shipping on product that is returned to us, unless there is some material defect and the item qualifies for warranty. We will however, pay to ship the new item to you at no cost, via USPS first class mail. We will not accept items that are returned to us COD. For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable form of mail for shipment.

All products carry a 90 day warranty against manufacturer defects. If you suspect a defect in your product, please contact Shakti directly at email@example.com or at 888-282-7322 from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, ET. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays and all US statutory holidays.
Shakti will assess the problem and talk through solutions with you. Assuming a manufacturer defect, we will examine the item upon its return and either repair or replace the item.
To return an item for warranty, follow the same procedure as you would to return an item for refund or exchange, after speaking with a Shakti representative. Please indicate that your item has been approved for warranty replacement on the invoice included in your return. We will issue a shipping label via email that you can print, attach and send the item at no cost to you.
